A photographer-client relationship is created only when a separate written photography services agreement has been signed by WEDVIBE LLC and the applicable client, and all required initial payments have been received.

No communication submitted through the website, including an inquiry form, contact form, email, questionnaire, consultation request, or social media message, constitutes acceptance of a booking, confirmation of availability, or formation of a photography services agreement.

WEDVIBE LLC reserves the right to refuse access to the website or decline service to any person or entity, subject to applicable law.

WEDVIBE LLC may revise, amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time.

5. No Reservation of Services

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date, service, session, event, or photographer.

Availability is not guaranteed until:

the required retainer or initial payment is received.

WEDVIBE LLC may communicate with multiple prospective clients regarding the same date until a signed agreement and required payment are received.

Website pricing, if displayed, may be starting pricing, illustrative pricing, historical pricing, or general guidance. Final pricing may depend on event date, location, duration, scope, travel, team size, deliverables, licensing, production requirements, and other factors.

6. Accuracy of Information

WEDVIBE LLC makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current website content. However, the website may contain typographical errors, outdated information, broken links, technical inaccuracies, incomplete information, or content that no longer reflects current services.

WEDVIBE LLC does not warrant that:

all prices, timelines, features, or offerings remain unchanged.
